Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been confirmed (placed and paid for), we aim to dispatch and ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW (we will notify you if there are any unusual delays outside of this timeframe).  We will then email you a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel and its expected arrival time.

Delivery is free for orders over $99.00.

We deliver to Australian Eastern states and territories (which includes NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA) for a flat postage rate of $10.95.

Postage to other states and territories such as WA, NT and TAS is charged at a flat rate of $15.95.

We can also deliver via courier, please contact us for rates to your destination.

Christmas Delivery Times:

Christmas orders deadline: To try and avoid any delays we suggest ordering as soon as possible and no later than 5pm on Friday 19th December 2025.  We will do our best to ensure your orders are sent by Christmas, however during this peak period we cannot guarantee they will be delivered on time.
